May Liu is a senior real estate agent and rental property manager of DFH Real Estate. May immigrated from China to beautiful Canada in 1999, and finally chose the coastal city of Victoria, BC, to settle down long term.

For many years, May and her husband felt very lucky to be able to live in Garden City and have the opportunity to get involved in the real estate industry here. Before becoming a real estate agent, May studied at Camosun College and the University of British Columbia (UBC). In the second year of her career in real estate, in 2004, May was ranked among the top 10 sales representatives of DFH. As the top 10% real estate sales champion in Greater Victoria, May attributes her success to her patience and careful work attitude and professional work spirit.

The purpose of May's service is not just to sell real estate; it is to establish a lasting relationship with customers based on trust, honesty, reliability and integrity. In the long-term practice of rental property management, May has explored a set of effective management procedures and systems, is familiar with local real estate rental laws and regulations, and aims to protect the legitimate economic interests of the owners, while providing the owners with a full range of economic returns. Since 2007, May has been the MLS Gold and Silver Achievement Winner of the Victorian District Real Estate Council and the DFH Real Estate Agent of the Year.
